This helps prevent any damage due to neglect or mishandling by the courier. You will receive the guitar with all parts and new strings. Reassembly takes less than 10 minutes. The only tool required for reassembly is a standard phillips head screwdriver. Because of USPS size restrictions we are unable to ship acoustic guitars to Australia, Italy, or New Zealand.
