Suitable for all sizes from around 4'6" up to around 6'6" – see picture (I'm 6'2").

Smooth action – set the footplate at the right height for you, lean back and control your inversion by either raising or lowering your arms. Great for relaxing tension/spasm in the lower back – I used it to recover from rugby matches and training. Reason for sale – back problems went away when I stopped playing rugby.

Item folds down and can be disassembled (manual shows how to reassemble).
