If you receive a plant which you consider to be in bad condition telephone Michael on 01342 321175 as soon as possible. We go to extraordinary lengths to send out Best quality plants so we need to know if you have a problem with any of our deliveries.
We are happy to accept returned plants and offer a 7 day refund policy. Postage will not be refunded unless we have failed in our duty of care. We cannot refund postage where a customer has changed their mind.
