Next Working Day Service from Interlink Express.
All items are sent using Interlink Express, we have used many couriers in the past and have found these to be the best even if slightly more expensive. This is a 24 hour service and any orders received by 2pm will go out on the same day. Our postage charges reflect the quality of the service provided by Interlink.

Please note. If you consider our charges to be too high please reconsider your purchase as is it unfair to rate our postal charges poorly when leaving feedback.

Area's to which we deliver
We will only ship to confirmed addresses within the UK Mainland. We do not offer a service to Southern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man or the Channel Islands and will refund any orders placed from these locations. Please note some Scottish area's may operate a two day service.

Delivery
A signature will be required when your parcel is delivered. Please do not sign for a parcel unchecked, we cannot accept claims for damages after you have signed. If Interlink attempts more than two deliveries, we may require a further payment for continued delivery attempts. You can collect from your Interlink local depot. If the item is returned uncollected or unable to deliver you will be refunded less delivery charges and Interlinks return delivery charge to us.

Please note that these items are sold as Factory Graded and are not new unless specified. They are catalogue returns that have been fully tested and checked by the manufacturer, they may have been returned for a number of reasons including Unwanted Gift, Box Damaged, Undelivered Mail Order, Discountinued line, Overstock etc. They are complete and boxed. They may have cosmetic marks on the unit/box or may show signs of use.

Most Kenwood, Delonghi, Philips, Flymo, Qualcast & Bosch products are covered by a manufacturers warranty and can be taken to your local service centre for warranty work to be carried out.

We offer a 6 month return to base warranty. Warranty does not include return postage. The customer will be responsible for all postage costs to or from our warehouse. Any refunds will not include postage. The warranty is for domestic use only. Warranty covers electrical malfunction as long as the product has been used and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer?s instructions and has not been misused.

These products offer excellent value for money, hence the discount in price. Next day delivery will depend on when we receive a confirmed paypal address and the time of day you have placed the order. Returns for any reason will be sent back at the customer's expense. If there is no fault found we may also charge for return postage / re-stocking fee of 10% of the total value. Refunds will not include any postage costs. Re-stocking fee will also apply to goods ordered by mistake or found not to be faulty. Please ensure you have read all the above before purchasing.
