Shipping Info

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched. Please allow extra time if you are paying by bank transfer or postal order.



We try our best to provide a next day delivery but due to the volumes of sales we take no longer than 2 working days.  



Delivery prices quoted are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays. AM/PM and Saturday deliveries are optional and will also incur additional charges. These can be obtained upon application.


We send out dispatch notifications and you have to be in to receive the item (normally the couriers will attempt delivery twice) otherwise if the unit is returned to us you will have to pay for a return to sender (RTS) fee of £9.99 (UK).  For a re-delivery we will have to charge the standard postage price plus the RTS fee. BUYER PAYS ALL POSTAGE COSTS.



European orders are shipped via TNT at a cost of £32 (up to 5 kgs THEREAFTER £3 per KG) and there is no reduction (please allow up to 5 working days)




N. Ireland orders are shipped via Citylink service at an additional postage charge of £7 to the existing postage charge (up to 5 kgs THEREAFTER £2 per KG)



ROI/Channel Islands/Guernsey/Highlands and Islands/Isle of Man orders are shipped via DHL service at an additional postage charge of £10 to the existing postage charge (up to 5 kgs THEREAFTER £3 per KG)

We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from iceclearout. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.



Items Damaged in Transit 

If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days (please note that this is 48 hours for our business customers). If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be LOGGED on to www.caraudioreturns.co.uk as they are the company for our returns  Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. 



Items Faulty on Arrival 

If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 10 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault via the contact seller button on each listing. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. We send the returned items to the manufacturers, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty the manufacturers will issue a non fault found administration charge which is around £25 -£45.  So please make sure that it is faulty or call us on 0208 1333 131 to help you diagnose whether the unit is faulty, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage. 



Items Faulty in Warranty Period 

If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's more than 10 calendar days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. In some cases, manufacturers provide a specialist full on-site service and/or telephone help facilities for your convenience which we recommend you use in order t
