When you buy from us, as long as it's paid for by 9pm we'll ship it the next day by 24 hour service by either recorded 1st class post for our smaller items or Parcel Force 24 for our bigger items (1.5kgs+). Or you can collect from our e-shop here in Wisbech.
We complete all despatches that night to ensure you get it when you want it. Plus it's fully insured too!!!
So if you buy Tuesday, we ship Wednesday and you'll get it Thursday. Likewise if you buy it Thursday, you'll get it on Monday etc. Please note, items purchase on Friday-Sunday will be despatched Monday and on bank Holidays, Tuesday. Sorry to state the obvious!!!!
Royal Mail deliveries are the same price anywhere in the UK including Northern Ireland.
Please note Parcel Force deliveries are for mainland UK only. If you are at all concerned that you live in a higher tariff area such as the highlands of Scotland, please email us to confirm the additional premium, we do not charge a penny extra for postage, what Parcel Force charge us is what you pay!!!

Guaranteed Deliveries
Your item comes with the full manufacturers Guarantee, just complete the Guarantee when you get it, any problems and the manufacturer will replace it for you. That just shows how confident the engineers are with their products!!!
Return the product to us with your receipt and guarantee certificate and we'll do the rest.
We buy from a main Manufacturing distributor and therefore we are able to maintain your product guarantee.
We deal not with the cheapest distributors, but those that don't haggle,just swaps the item if it fails.
This in turn makes you safe, because you know if the product fails you'll get a replacement.

Damaged on Delivery
