Item Condition

This is a new graded item. This means it is a 14 day non-fault return. The customer may have returned for reasons such as did not want or not the required spec etc. It may also be due to failed deliveries or cancelled orders. The item is returned to Kenwood who fully test the item and package it in its original box with all accessorries. The item/box may have some slight cosmetic damage in line with its handling/usage during testing. It comes complete with a full 12 months Kenwood warranty.

Warranty

This comes with a 12 months Kenwood manufacturers warranty. You contact Kenwood warranty should a fault appear and they will organise an exchange of the item for you.

Shipping

This will be sent via a next working day courier service with Interlink Express. The item will be insured and tracked. The service is a 9 till 3 (they do sometimes run late and deliver upto 5). If you are in the highlands or Northern Ireland or offshore then please email me your post code for a delivery price. We can deliver to the UK only for £7.99. If ordered before 12 noon the goods will be shipped that day for delivery the next working day. Goods are only shipped Monday to Friday. No deliveries are made at weekends and no goods are despatched at weekends.

Collections

Collection is posible. I am located in Draycott Derbyshire - 5 mins from J25 of the M1. Email for full details when you have won the auction. Collection is by appointment only. Once you have won the auction then please email for details on collections and to book an appointment.

Payment

Payment to be made within 7 days please. On 8th day of non-payment an unpaid item dispute will be opened. If no payment after 14 days the stock will be sold on. IF you do wish to cancel your order then email asap and you will not be penalised. I would rather cancel it than wait 14 days for nothing! Payment by paypal, cheque or postal order is fine. We can also do cash on collection. Do not send cash in the post.

Once I have recieved cleared funds I will leave positive feedback. I will only leave negative to non paying bidders who do not make any contact regarding the sale.
