The Kenko Teleplus PRO 300 DG teleconverters are designed to perform te best when used with longer telephoto lenses. Recommended to be used with lenses longer than 100mm, they will maintain the resolution of the prime lens even at the corners.

Kenko PRO 300 DG AF Teleplus converters have genuine Gate Array IC. It means that the converter's own unique circuitry maintains  signal integrity between the camera body and lens. Full AF operation with PRO 300 is possible when using lenses with maximum aperture of f/2.8 or brighter.

The PRO 300 has a light loss equivalent to 2 stops. Manual focus may be required with lenses having a smaller than f/2.8 aperture or with low-contrast or low-light subjects.
