• Your bid is a contract - Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item.  If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally biding contract to purchase the item.

Shipping Details

• We will ship the item by EMS (3-5 days to arrive in front of you) or registered airmail(7-14 days to arrive).

• All products will ship as a gift in order to minimize the import duties. Please provide instruction to us if you have any recommendation.

• Buyer should consider the risk of postage and we will only refund or resent the item for those buyer who brought insurance, please buy the insurance to eliminate the risk.

• Tracking number will be provided to the customer after the item is sent out.

• Item is out of stock: It is not likely to happen. However, if items are really out of stock after you ordered, we will give you an email to clarify which items are out of stock.

Returns

• We offer a 7 days exchange policy only if the item sold is found to be defective by the manufacturers. 

• The defective item will be exchanged for the same model only if the return guidelines as follows:
  The item must be returned in NEW condition and with all the original manufacturers packaging, including cartons, boxes, instruction manuals and blank warranty cards and copy of customer sales invoice if any.

• All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. 

• We are not responsible for the shipping cost of return.

• Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.

 Warranty

• We offer the warranty period (state on the listing image) from the date of purchase for factory defect.

• Warranty cannot be transferred, extended or shortened. 

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend that you keep proper proof of delivery.
