Despatch Policy
We are happy to offer combined shipping on multiple eBay purchases, or add items from Yachtparts Plymouth’s regular inventory to eBay shipments. Please contact us for details before you pay through paypal.
We ask that you pay for any purchased item with Paypal or other means  WITHIN 7 DAYS. Please do not bid unless you’re able to do this.
It is our aim to offer the highest possible service, handling orders quickly and efficiently. All orders should be processed and shipped within 48 hours after receiving payment.
All goods are supplied direct by Yacht Parts Plymouth, Queen Anne Battery Marina, Plymouth, Devon, PL4 0LP, VAT # GB402 1644 04
UK Deliveries: Unless otherwise agreed, all goods are sent using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, for small items, whilst larger items are sent using a Interlinkexpress courier service.
Foreign Deliveries: Unless otherwise agreed, all goods are sent using Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed for Service, for small items, whilst larger items are sent using a Local Courier. 
Please contact us when you make payment if you have any special delivery requirements. 
We aim to process and despatch all paid items within 48 hours envisaging that all items should arrive within 5 working days or sooner. Sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control ie the Post Office experiences delivery difficulties or delays, items may take longer than this. We ask for your understanding should this be the case.
We leave feedback on receipt of payment and would ask that you do the same when you are satisfied with the item. In the unlikely event of not being happy with the item please contact us rather than leaving any negative comments. We will always attempt to solve any problems to your satisfaction.
Return policy 
IAW the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) Amended (2005) All returns of items supplied by Yachtparts Plymouth through Ebay are to be made within 7 days of receipt. Proof of date of receipt will be required. Yachtparts should be contacted within the 7 day period with details of returns. Contact details can be found on the invoice, along with our full postal address and price charged (including any applicable discounts and taxes) For items that are unserviceable, not fit for purpose or incorrectly supplied, Yachtparts will refund the full cost and carriage charges, for other items we will refund the cost of the item only. Return Carriage will not be refunded by Yachtparts. For return requests outside of the 7 day period please contact us and we consider each case on its own merits.
