Kawasaki ZXR400 ZXR 400 Rearsets and Crash Bobbins

REARSETS

These are brand new ZXR400 race rearsets, of a design used for many years at all levels of road racing and track days.

They are machined from a solid piece of HS 30 aluminium billet with nylatron bushes and PTFE lined rose joint.

They are designed to fit with no further modifications to the bike, raising and moving back the footrest to provide more ground clearance.

The footrest features a round nylon end bung which is designed act as a slider rather than grip and bend the frame lugs in the event of a spill.

This design has been used for many years and has proved to be very tough and durable, all spare parts are available if required.

Note, these rearsets are intended for racing and trackday use, for this reason they have no provision for a brake light switch, an inline pressure switch can be fitted if required, but they are sold as racing use only.

These rearsets fit all ZXR400 models.

CRASH BOBBINS

These are high quality machined crash protection bobbins. They consist of ultra tough hdp 300 sliders mounted on spigot mounts turned from HE 30 aluminium which accuratly fit the machine mounts. The whole assembly is secured by an M10 x 1.5 high tensile allen bolt, which passes through a load spreading washer, minimalising the risk of bobbin failure. the assembly is designed to provide the maximum amount of available friction material without compromising assembly strength. These bobbins fit all ZXR400 models. Note, These bobbins are designed for racing use, where machine protection is the primary function, for this reason they are mounted in the position that best suits this purpose, some modification of the bodywork may be required to fit.
