Items can be returned within 14 days of original order shipment. If an item is damaged or there is a manufacturer defect we will replace the item free of charge and send you the replacement. Opened items are considered used and cannot be returned for a refund. The goods must be in the condition they were in when delivered to you and you are responsible for all delivery/postage charges. You cannot return any CD, Audio Book, DVD, video recording or computer software out of the sealed package in which it was delivered to you. |
