Items are carefully packaged in plastic dust bag. Then posted in strong waterproof postal sacks. we post First class recorded delivery to the UK and Airmail, signed for, for international bidders. If the item lost, buyer will only get £34 pound compensation from royal mail, otherwise post insurance applied.

All items are carefully checked before posting, this is to both avoid any disappointment and to ensure there are no returns due to damage by the customer (this happens very rarely, but does occasionally occur). If, however, you receive a dress that is 'not as described' please contact us within 24 hours and return the dress within 3 working days for a replacement or if not available a refund.
