If the product has been purchased and within the first 7 days of its arrival you find that it is not exactly what you wanted you may return the product to us, assuming the following:

A. The product(s) has been unused.
B. The product(s) is in the original packaging.
C. The product(s) has not been tampered with.
D. The product(s) is fit for resale when we receive it back to our warehouse.
E. The postage costs for returns of unwanted products are your responsibility.

Assuming the above terms and conditions are met we will refund your money minus our original costs for shipping and handling. Usually 15% of the total sale value. 

It is extremely important that when returning any product it is packaged in a manor that will protect the product from damage in transit. The product remains your responsibility until it has been returned to us.

Returns Procedure For Defective Or Faulty Goods

If you wish to return a product due to a fault, Please contact us first to obtain authorisation before returning the product and we will advise you if the fault is covered by the warranty. If the product has been found to have a manufacturing fault we will immediately arrange for a repair/exchange or send a replacement component if agreed. If the product needs to be returned to us for inspection we will email you a returns form which needs to be completed and returned with the product(s). 

All warranty decsions are final and subject to inpsection of the goods in question.
