Faulty Goods
Notification of faulty goods should be given within 48 hours of receipt 

All second hand goods are checked prior to posting out and are covered by a return to base parts and labour warrenty, customer is responsible for the cost of returning items.

Replacements/Refunds will be sent on receipt of faulty new goods. No refunds/replacements will be given for goods that we deem to have been misused or damaged caused by lack of experience or storm damage.

Tents and equipment should be checked for faults/shortages before use, as we take no responsibility for any costs incurred due to faulty goods/shortages. We reserve the right to make the final decision on the eligibility of a refund. Please read the instructions carefully before using the item.

All items should be returned in a dry condition and in the original packaging.
