How much power will I gain?  On machines such as the Pulse Adrenaline 200cc reports of an aproximate rise of 2 BHP (15.6 to 18BHP if you also remove the cat in the down pipe). Top speed will not increase greatly, this mod is all about pure torque. We would take an educated guess that an increase of 1BHP and 20% in torque occurs when fitted to a 125cc QMI engine.. but this is just a guess as we have NOT Dyno'd this product.

How does a performance exhaust work?  The standard exhaust on a Baotian scooter has a down pipe diamiter of just 17.5mm, this system tapers from 23mm to 30mm, allowing the hot gasses to be released from the cylinder as quicky as possible so that the engine can start it's next cycle. Kamikaze Pro exhausts have a Positive Back Pressure Design - this is extremely important on Chinese machines. GY6 and CG clone engines have a tiny amount of valve overlap, without a tiny amount of back pressure you will lose a huge amount of torque. You will notice people mentioning on forums losses of power after fitting a straight though can. These exhausts have no baffles, just a 'pinch' in the can to create this effect.

Will this harm my bike?  Not in any way! This unit will be louder than your normal can, not ridiculously so, more a deep throaty rumble.

Why don’t they come as standard?  When in production these bikes are made to strict regulations, i.e.  emissions and power output.  A huge factor in these not being supplied as standard is cost.

Will this fit my bike?  The can will fit any 4 stroke machine from 50cc to 250cc (Optimal CC 125-200) with some DIY.

The down pipe is suplied for GY6 - QMI 125cc fitment Chinese Scooters.
