All winning bidders will respond and arrange payment within 3 days of a "winning bidder" notification or after receiving an invoice. We have to assume that funds were available at the time the bid was made. This is not a hard and fast rule and really is set up to promote communication between the seller & winning bidder, however we do reserve the right to act if action isn't taken in the form of a response from the winning bidder in this time frame.
We accept Pay Pal (preferred) Money Orders & Personal Checks. Please do not send cash through the mail. It is understood that before the item can be sent to the winning bidder using a money order, we have to wait for it to arrive. It is also understood that if a personal check is used, we have to wait for it to arrive and then clear the bank before we can ship.
We generally will ship to the winning bidder within 3 days of receipt of payment. If there is a delay for any reason, we will do our best to inform the winning bidder of the delay and the estimated length. We ask this of our customers (communication) and we....of course...do as we say :)
