Once the auction ends, you will receive a complete invoice within a couple of hours.
Your invoice will include all lots won on the same auction date when determining your shipping and handling discount as well as any insurance fees, if applicable. Lots won on separate dates are not combinable for shipping or insurance discounts. That way you can be sure you get the right amount for combined Shipping and Handling, plus any required charges for Insurance/Registration (see below).
It is not feasible for me to e-mail buyers when I receive payment, or when I ship lots.
Paypal payments will be processed within twenty-four hours, Monday through Friday. PayPal will notify you when your money has been transferred.

MANDATORY INSURANCE INFORMATION

To meet eBay's policy requirements, we now have mandatory shipping insurance on all shipments of $25.00 or greater. We ship all lots via USPS and insure privately with Collectibles Insurance Agency of Hunt Valley, Maryland as well as the U.S. Postal Service. As in the past, our insurance will be indicated in or on each shipment at 100% of the value of your package.

On domestic mailings, Registration is required on purchase values over $600.00. On international shipments, Registration is required for insurance on all shipments of $50.00 or more. The Registration fee is $11.50 for shipments up to $100.00, and $12.95 for shipments valued at $100.01 or greater. This applies to both domestic and international shipments and is determined from your Winning Bid total which includes all lots sold on the same auction date. This is less than the USPS charges in virtually all cases as our private insurance carrier coverage helps us to avoid excessive fees. The domestic insurance fees are as follows:

Payment from domestic AND international purchasers MUST be received within 10 days of the auction's closing date. If you cannot pay within 10 days, please do not bid.

PAYMENT FOR AUCTIONS FROM MULTIPLE DAYS

I prefer that you NOT pay for auctions from multiple dates at the same time, as I pack each day's auctions the following morning, and combining multiple dates is additional work.

If you do choose to pay for multiple dates at the same time, you must include payment for insurance for the entire value of the shipment, per the above table. You must also include the entire postage charge from each day's auctions.

EXPERTISING REQUESTS

Any item or lot described with faults is not returnable because of faults. Also, lots with 7 or more items are not returnable for any reason. If you wish to have a lot expertised, requests must be approved prior to placing your bid so the sale can be held open should the consignor agree.

If an approval is granted, the bidder will receive a formal letter via e-mail as proof of this extension. Please allow sufficient time for the approval process, especially if a weekend is involved, since we are seldom available on Friday-Sunday.
