The Kubota tractor and flail were supplied new in 2006 to a large country estate who have since outsourced all their grounds maintenance work, so this machine was surplus to their requirements. It is currently showing just 40 hours and is in 'as new' condition.

The tractor features the popular 3-cylinder Kubota diesel engine which is rated at 24hp and offers versatility and high power output for a wide range of tasks and has the benefit of full hydrostatic drive in forward and reverse gears and low ratio gear range aswell.

The Kubota is also equipped with 3-point rear linkage and PTO for carrying out numerous tasks and would be ideal for an equestrian property or large country house. Four wheel drive is also a feature on this trator which will aid traction and improve safety on slopes or wet ground. Rarely available secondhand in this condition and a credit to it's previous owner.

Major flail mower model MT22 140. Heavy duty Major flail mower with 4ft6 width of cut and a full width rear roller to achieve the quality striped finish.
