This collection of 31 files can be used throughout the Primary School to show examples of Art from different artists, and also to learn about the lives of different artists.

·       19^th Century paintings:23 pictures; several different artists

·       50 Famous pieces of Art: A 50 slide presentation, with paintings, sculptures, buildings etc from around the world

·       Art of the 16^th and 17^th Century: Art from Rembrandt, Poussin, Berini

·       Art of the Renaissance: Art from Masaccio, Ghiberti, Brunelleschi, Donatello, Michelangelo etc.

·       Artists: Art from Cezanne, Van Gogh, Bellows, Christensen etc.

·       Caravaggio: Different pictures

·       Children in Art: Some examples of paintings of children

·       Claude Monet: 4 examples of his work

·       Dali: Examples of his work

·       Egyptian Art: A few examples, and where they were found

·       Georgia O’Keefe: A brief biography and examples of her work

·       Grant Wood: Some examples of his paintings.

·       History of Art from the Stone age to present: 20 page presentation, describing the changes in art over the years.

·       Impressionism:  Examples of art from Monet, Manet, Cezanne, Renoir etc,

·       Klee: Slideshow of his paintings

·       Landscapes and Techniques: Different artists examples; and instructions on techniques

·       Mondrian: Some examples of paintings.

·       Monet – Water Lilies: Short presentation encouraging children to look at and analyse the painting.

·       Paul Klee: Information on his life and his paintings.

·       Picasso: Information on the style of his paintings, and some examples

·       Picasso – Three Musicians: Short presentation encouraging children to look at and analyse the painting.

·       Reformation Art: Several examples of work from the period, and also the advance of technology

·       Romanticism: 50 slide presentation with work from artists of the period.

·       Rousseau – Tiger attacking a buffalo: Short presentation encouraging children to look at and analyse the painting.

·       Self Portraits: A series of self portraits by famous artists, and step by step instruction of how to draw a portrait.

·       The Life of Van Gogh: Art and information about Van Gogh

·       The Renaissance: 23 examples of Renaissance art.

·       Van Gogh: Simple presentation with pictures.

The resources are posted on a CD, and will run on any PC with PowerPoint installed.
