We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque. Please also confirm delivery dates before ordering, especially on Wood Burning Stoves & AGA Rayburn Cookers.

Availability    Most items listed are in stock, some items may have a small lead time, please always enquire before purchasing. All items are brand new and fully packaged unless otherwise stated.  Collection  Collection from our warehouse in Lymm Cheshire (WA139PR) is available but please call to arrange appointment. We also have a substantial showroom for you to view 100s of products at the same site.  Delivery  You must call or email us to arrange delivery. This is so that you know exactly when your item is coming and so that we have a telephone number for the courier in case they cannot find you or you are not in.  All delivery prices are quoted to mainland UK not Highlands or Islands. For delivery to Highlands and Islands please call for a quotation.  YOU MUST INSPECT YOUR ITEMS THROUGHLY UPON DELIVERY. IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED IN ANY WAY YOU MUST REFUSE IT. ANY DAMAGE FOUND AFTER DELIVERY CANNOT BE CLAIMED FOR IF YOU HAVE SIGNED FOR THE PACKAGE IN GOOD CONDITION    Items will not be dispatched until you have made contact via telephone or email.  All items are usually sent next day delivery (or any other working day to suit) as soon as we have your telephone number for dispatch.  Phone orders will be dispatched fastest.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
