About Us

With over 40 years of experience, Woodstock Fires know a thing or two about fires.  We sell a vast range of stoves from the best manufacturers.  These include Clearview, Charnwood, Morso, Woodwarm, Euroheat, Jotul and Stovax stoves.  

We also sell range cookers from the leading manufacturers including Rayburn, Stanley, Esse and Redfyre.
We also stock a wide range of spare parts for the above stoves as well as a large selection of flue pipe from vitreous enamel to flexible flue liner.

We have over 30 stoves and 5 cookers on display in our showroom in Heathfield, East Sussex.  We’re an official Aga Rayburn dealer and our entire range of cookware and stove accessories can be found here on our ever-growing eBay shop.

Payment

We accept Paypal, bankers draft, postal order, cheque, credit/debit card over the phone by calling 01435 868686 between the hours of 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays 9am - 4pm excluding bank holidays. 

Payment must be made within 7 days of winning the auction.

Shipping

We are happy to combine postage for multiple items, either get a quote from us first, or buy the items you require and within 24 hours we will send you a revised invoice.
We have a minium P&P charge of £2.50 and a maximum £9.99 to UK Mainland.
We ship almost everywhere, either ask us for a quote, or buy the item(s) you require, and we will send you a revised invoice within 48 hours. Please do not guess the amount and pay, as we will cancel the transaction. 

We ship everything via Royal Mail 1st class or via 24hour courier for orders weighing more than 2kg. 

We endeavour to send orders within 48hours of payment.
 Items not received are not considered missing by the Royal Mail untill 15 working days have elapsed.  If after this period the item is still not received an unreceived item declaration must be signed before a refund or replacement item is sent. 
 
Order over £100 and we send your items postage free within the UK Mainland only. Excludes certain items.
All delivery times quoted are estimates only, high seasons may effect delivery times.

Returns

We are happy to refund items if the item is returned within 7 days and in the same new, unused condition it left us in.  We do not refund postage costs, only the cost of the item(s), unless of course it was an error on our part.
