Pond Air pumps are essential in creating an oxygen rich environment for garden pond life. They add a constant stream of bubbles in to the pond which allows oxygen to enter the water.

Goods are shipped via CityLink Courier, please contact us of your item has not been received within 5 working days, items are normally delivered within 2 working days from cleared payment.

Goods will require a signature on delivery.

Items are covered by insurance, however, goods must be inspected on delivery and claims can not be made on items that are not signed for as damaged.

Damages must be reported within 24 hours.

Shortages must be reported within 7 days.

Items are not available for collection, as there is restricted access at our Storage and Dispatch Warehouse.

We endevour to dispatch items within 1-2 days of payment clearing.

Payment is accepted via PayPal, Credit Card, Cheque, Bankers Draft, Postal Order. If payment is mailed to us, please ensure that there is a copy of the ebay invoice enclosed, cheques cannot be banked and items will not be dispatched if I don't have the relevant item number.

Purchase errors: If you purchase an item and decide you no longer require it we will accept it back on the following terms. The item is returned to us within 7 days of receipt, it arrives back to us in perfect resellable condition (not to have been removed from the packaging), a refund will be issued minus the postage and packing fee.
