Please note we can only deliver orders to a different address other than the address the card is registered to if it is a work address*, therefore you must supply us with a company name. Please Note: We can only send orders from overseas to the billing address. 

*On orders over £200, delivery can only be made to the address assigned to the credit/debit card used for payment, this only applies to your first purchase with us, subsequent orders can then be delivered to a work address. Restocking Fee 

If you are returning a bike we will charge you for the collection of the bike. This is £20 and will be arranged by a member of our staff. We put a lot of time and effort into describing and photographing the products we sell using manufacturer's websites, catalogues, and often our own descriptions of the products.
