Its easy to order one of our Name Necklaces, simply think of the Name, Word or Slogan you would like to display and type it in the comments box when ordering. For example; 'Zoe, White font ,Trans red backing' or 'Jade, Black Font, Trans Light Blue backing'. Please be aware that *, ', !, ? and spaces etc all count as a letter.  REMEMBER to use upper or lower case letters. YOUR ITEM WILL BE MADE AS ENTERED in the box.

All our Necklaces are provided with a 16inch Silver plated Curb Chain with 2inch extension as standard. However should you require a different length of chain then do not hesitate to contact us as we can provide any length chain you may require usually at no extra cost! Simply provide us with this additional information in the ‘Comments Box’ at the end of ordering and we will ensure that this new requested length is provided with your order.

If you would prefer a gold plated chain then just type 'gold' in the same box.

 We endeavour to fulfil and deliver all orders within 3-7 days including Personalised items and sometimes sooner. However please allow for up to a maximum of 14 days especially on Personalised orders also add another 5 days for overseas orders.

If however you require your order in a hurry please contact us by the Contact Me form and we will attempt to provide where possible an earlier delivery date. 

Returns Policy

All Personalised items will be manufactured to your instructions and specifications, so please enter your order details carefully! If you feel it necessary, please send us your instructions separately via email to confirm your order.

 Please note that Personalised items cannot be exchanged or refunded, you are responsible for providing clear instructions, ensuring that online orders are correctly completed and all spelling, punctuation and use of upper and lower case letters are correct. We will of course, happily replace any item(s) found faulty on arrival. By faulty we mean any manufacturing faults or defects.
