Guarantee/Returns - All items for sale come with a full manufacturers warranty. If a product develops a fault, or it is received damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible to resolve the situation. All of our products come with a 7 day no quibble guarantee, where you may return a product for a refund (less any carriage charges) if you decide it is not suitable, providing it is returned in its original condition and in the original packaging. In this situation, it is the responsibility of the customer to return the product to us. As we cannot be responsible for damage caused in transit, we strongly recommend that you use an insured delivery service.
