The Kimmidoll Story

 

The “KIMMIDOLL” Brand was conceived from a long standing passion with elegant decorative gift and homeware items influenced by Eastern culture. The traditional Japanese Kokeshi Doll is a perfect example of this simplistic Eastern beauty. They were originally hand crafted by peasant farmers to be given away as tokens of Love and Friendship.

 

The true intent of Kokeshi dolls was paramount in the development of Kimmidoll. The ideas was to create a range of more contemporary doll characters, each with an individual meaning expressing one of “Life’s True Values”.

 

As a gift Kimmidoll shares common beliefs and aspirations with loved ones. As a decorative item for the home they represent a common connection shared by people all over the world. As a collectable each doll is unique and meaningful and connects with one of life’s true values.
