•  Smaller items will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class, most of these are designed to fit through your letterbox and many people get the item the day after ordering, heavier bulkier items will be sent Parcel post, this takes 3-5days.
• Overseas items will be sent Airmail and take 7-10 days (they usually arrive within a week)
• If an item doesn't arrive, Royal Mail requires that we wait 15 working days after postage before claiming, you will of course be offered a replacement or refund. We always keep the proof of postage.
• Remember that at Christmas and other bank holidays it may take slightly longer to arrive.
