is to be granted and any advantages gained (e.g. advantages through usage) are
to be handed over. If the goods are not
in a pristine condition we may claim compensation for loss of value. This does
not apply if the damage to the goods is solely due to inspecting them as would
be possible in a retail shop. Incidentally, you can avoid the obligation to pay
compensation by not using the goods as an owner would do and by refraining from
