SLIGHT FACTORY SECONDS

THE FACTORY HAVE MADE A MISTAKE WITH THE FRONT BRACKETS AND YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE A SMALL MODIFICATION TO COMPLETE THE FITTING. SEE PICTURES AT THE BOTTOM OF THE LISTING PAGE.

YOU CAN EITHER DRILL A SMALL HOLE IN THE CHASSIS ( 1 hole each side at the front )OR YOU CAN EXTEND THE BRACKETS AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURES. INSTRUCTIONS AND PICTURES WILL BE SUPPLIED. 

THE REAR AND CENTER BRACKETS ARE A STRAIGHT FIT.

POSTAGE

We use two methods of postage:

1. Royal Mail 1st class standard ( Uninsured )

2. Courier service , Next day delivery in most cases ( Excluding Saturdays ,Sundays and all public holidays.

We do offer postage discounts for multiple purchases. The more you buy the cheaper the postage will be. For multiple orders it is usually better to call the sales line first.

Our courier delivery is to UK MAINLAND ONLY. This means England, Wales and southern Scotland. We can deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and all offshore islands but a delivery surcharges will apply. Please ask for a quote before committing to buy.

We will deliver most items worldwide but please obtain a quote before you commit to buy.

Most items will be dispatched within 48hrs of us receiving a cleared payment. You will be notified by email when your item is ready for dispatch.

COLLECTION IN PERSON

All items can be collected in person from our warehouse but you must call us first in order that the item can be made ready for collection.

We are located just 2 miles from junction 24, M4. Ten minutes from the Severn Bridge.

Collections only available 10.00am - 4.00pm Mon-Friday.

POSTAL INSURANCE

Please note that all items are fully insured against loss in transit but are not insured against damage in transit. If you wish to take out a damage insurance please see the listing or below for relevant fees. Please be sure to tick the insurance required box at the checkout or add it to your total when paying.

THE DAMAGE INSURANCE IS OPTIONAL BUT MUST BE TAKEN AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE IF YOU WISH TO BE COVERED AGAINST DAMAGE IN TRANSIT.

IT IS YOUR CHOICE.

WE OFFER OUR GOODS TO YOU AT GENUINE TRADE PRICES AND AS SUCH WE MUST IMPOSE CERTAIN CONDITIONS. IF YOU WOULD RATHER BUY AN ITEM WITH  A 100% CAST IRON DAMAGE WARRANTY AND LONG GUARANTEE PLEASE SHOP AT A NORMAL RETAIL OUTLET WHERE THE PRICE YOU PAY WILL BE MUCH HIGHER. THEY NEED TO CHARGE HIGH PRICES TO ACCOMMODATE THIS TYPE OF SERVICE.

If you have taken out damage insurance for a courier delivered item please inspect your item upon delivery and before signing for the delivery. Signing as " UNCHECKED OR BOX DAMAGED " will not be accepted by the couriers. Your item must be checked for damage before signing. If you should receive a badly damaged item please do not accept delivery. Instead you should inform the driver that you are refusing to accept the goods and point out the damage. We will then take it up with the couriers. If you sign for the item without checking the couriers will take it as signed for and received in good condition and they will not accept any liability for damage. Your damage insurance is with the courier, not J.S.G so please check before signing. You must notify us within 48hrs of delivery.

If you receive a damaged and insured item via Royal Mail 1st class delivery please notify us by email within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging as it may need to be inspected by the Royal Mail.

No claims can be or will be accepted for damage in transit unless insurance is taken out.  If you have taken out insurance against damage in transit and you receive a damaged item we will replace or repair the item at our cost as soon as possible. You will be asked to return the item to us with a covering letter. We will then at our discretion either repair, replace the item or if these options are not possible refund the total amount paid in full.

All refunds are paid either by Cheque or Card refund.

RETURNS POLICY    NOT ON THIS LISTING

We offer a 7 day money back guarantee for all faulty items provided they are unused and still in their original packaging. Any part that has been defaced or fitted will not be accepted as a return. The packaging must be intact.

Please note that you have a duty of care over any item in your possession, even if you are returning it. Please look after it and ensure that it is well packed for a safe return.

All return postage will be your responsibility. We do not refund postage for any item.

Our 7 day policy does not apply to items that are ordered by mistake. All sales are final.

If you receive a faulty item please notify us by email only with a supporting picture if possible and we will replace or repair the damaged part as soon as possible. If any parts required are not in stock we will order them directly from the manufacturer. This usually takes no longer than 7 working days.

We have received only a handful of negative comments from over 5,000 transactions. One comment was probably deserved but it was in our 1st week as an Ebay trader. We live and learn. One comment was left by mistake and the sender has explained in a follow up to his feedback. One other was from a buyer who could not fit his wiper blades and decided to throw them in the bin instead of seeking some help.The others are from buyers who were quick to leave feedback without trying to contact us with a view to rectifying any problems.  

If you do have a problem please always contact us before you leave feedback. Leaving a big red negative comment before making contact does not help anyone as all problems are easily rectified with a little patience. I can assure you that we are all very friendly and we do not bite. A simple email message or a short telephone call is all that is required to sort out any problem.
