The Carpet is crush resistant, tough, strong, durable yet tactile and flexible. A heel pad is provided on the driver side mat which is made from the same carpet as the mat and ensures the area that gets the most wear is suitably protected. The back of the mat utilises a granulated rubber backing which prevents slipping. Each mat is hand finished with a matched edging.

If your order is being sent via a courier service as opposed to Royal Mail, you will receive an automated email when the item is dispatched. This email will detail your tracking number and provide information on how to track your order. 

INFORMATION ABOUT OUR RETURNS POLICY
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within 28 days and in original, undamaged packaging.* 

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 30% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

Once the packaging has been opened on the following products, for reasons of hygiene and safety, we are unable to refund or exchange them unless they are faulty* These items are:-
 
Mattresses, mattress toppers, duvets, pillows, personal grooming products, cosmetics, children’s car seats, CDs, DVDs, tapes or other recording media, software or video, made to order items and Vehicle Specific Car Parts.
 
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on perishable goods such as food, flowers or plants unless they are faulty.

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on swimwear, lingerie or pierced jewellery for reasons of hygiene. 

DELIVERY CHARGES
We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted. 
We do not charge for returns except for unwanted purchases of furniture, large electrical appliances and outdoor toys.*

Where large products are returned as unwanted, we reserve the right to make a charge of £70 to cover the collection cost.* 

CANCELLATION OF MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS
Should you wish to cancel your made-to-order product for any reason, it is unlikely that we could sell it to another customer at full selling price. We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the full selling price. In respect of made-to-order products our usual refund policy does not apply and products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.*

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCELLATION
