Returns policy applies to UK orders only. FAULTY GOODS: If your purchase is faulty we will, at our discretion, either replace the item free of charge, or refund the purchase price in full including the shipping costs. If we decide to offer a refund, this will be made at the earliest time after the faulty item has been received by us. We recommend that any returned items are sent back to us by recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not arrive. Goods can be collected from our retail outlet by prior arrangement. UNWANTED GOODS: In the case of unwanted goods, these must be returned within 7 working days of purchase unopened in their original packing, complete with all labels and instructions. Any costs incurred in returning the item(s) will be made at the purchaser’s own expense. Any refund will be after deduction of original shipping costs and a “restocking” fee of 20% of the original sale price, to compensate us for the costs incurred in processing the original order.
