Rare Kevin Francis Face Pot Star Dust (Twinkle Twinkle) made in 2001.
This particular one has been signed by artists Neil Eyre & Ray Noble.
There are also two initials which could be PT because I was told this is a prototype, but cannot say for certain because I am not an expert on these face pots.
