I bought these a few weeks ago because I got fed up waiting for a pair of 105's to come up at a sensible price. Guess what? A week later a pair did, typical. They needed some work but are now fine, so these have to go.
In the couple of weeks that I used these as main speakers they were fantastic, when used with the Kube there is actually little to separate them from the 105's, quite remarkable when you consider how much smaller they are.
These are for sale as a matched pair complete with the Kube, I will not sell seperately as I believe the Kube is essential to get the best from these speakers.
I do not have any stands for these, the pair I was using upside down are not very stable. There a couple of small marks on the cabinets as you would expect, but really hardly noticble (bit of black shoe polish would cover them).
From the KEF website:-
Improving on the redoubtable Model 103.2 is no easy task. Retaining the compactness of its predecessor, in every other respect the Model 103/3 represents a major advance. It is supplied complete with its own version of the KEF KUBE low-level equaliser. Model 103/3 is a three-way system incorporating KEF's unique coupled cavity bass loading method.
The combination of coupled cavity, with KEF's hybrid crossover equaliser design provides unparalleled output capability with unusually extended low-frequency response and exceptional power handling.

Since these weigh 17Kg each and I do not have any suitable packaging they are collection only (wouldn't want to risk such a fine pair of speakers to a courier anyway). They fitted on the back seat of my Golf no problem. If paying by cheque this would need to clear before collection. Cash would be fine, but I WON'T haggle on the day. I am happy to demonstrate them to the winning bidder.
