Returns:

Under the distance selling regulations, each customer by law is entitled to a 7 day “cooling off” period within which time you have the right to withdraw from the purchase. With this in mind, we have two parts to our returns policy:

Returns That Are Not Our Fault (Unwanted Goods / “Cooling Off” Items)

Returns that are the customers choice under the distance selling regulations, returns that do not fit (we do not accept that as our fault), goods that are simply unwanted are all entitled to a refund if it is reported to us within 7 days of receipt. As this type of return is not our fault, we will not refund your postage to return the item and we will also not refund the postage and packaging that we charged you to post the order to you in the first place (Your refund then will be the final eBay price before the postage charge). The refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the return. All returns are by prior arrangement only.

Returns That Are Our Fault (Wrong Item received / Faulty Item)

Returns that are our fault would include wrong items received or faulty goods. In this case, we will refund you in full including the original postage & packaging that we charged to you and also your return postage. If we have made a mistake it is only fair that we bear the cost of the error. The refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the return. All returns are by prior arrangement only.

Payments:

We only accept Paypal and require immediate payment upon placing your order.

Please note that we would prefer that customers using Paypal do so with a "Verified" Paypal account. Although we do accept "Unverified" Paypal accounts, we review any that we receive so you can expect a delay in delivery whilst the review takes place. A Verified Paypal account will receive a fast delivery. An Unverified Paypal account that is from a customer who also has a low eBay feedback score can expect an extended delay in delivery or a refund of funds and a request to use an alternative method of payment to pay for the order. We have taken a decision not to accept postal payments or bank transfers. We can under special circumstances accept postal payments or bank transfers but this is by prior arrangement only. Delivery:

We will always try our hardest to post your order as soon as possible. Generally we have a 2-3 day handling time before despatching your item by Royal Mail recorded or special delivery.

Once an item is posted, we will email you the Royal Mail tracking number. After you receive the despatch email, delivery is imminent. If however you do not receive your order within 4 days (UK Customers) of receiving the ident number then please get in touch and we will chase the order for you. It may also be worth chasing Royal Mail too from your side.

Most UK orders are sent via Royal Mail. Some UK orders are sent via DHL. Most International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For
