We aim to offer a quick friendly service and as you will see from our FEEDBACK our customers are testament to us achieving this. May I take this opportunity to say, if its NOT showing in the shop I don’t have it, this will save you and me a lot of time e-mail back and forth.

Payment:

We except cheques, postal orders and Pay Pal. There is NO additional cost for pay pal, I see others do charge a percentage however we do NOT intend on going down this route.

For us pay pal is the preferred payment method, it both finalises the transaction quicker and most importantly get the parts to you and on your bike within a few days.

Postage: Royal mail

All parts are pre packed and ready for dispatch, our preferred shipping method is Royal Mail parcel service which is 3-4 day sometimes quicker. If the parcel is under £4.20 postage I will always send it 1st class, next day delivery. (not guaranteed but should be there).

DHL

Larger item up to 30kg we will use DHL where the cost is between £9 and £14 (stated on item in listing) IF YOUR POST CODE IS ONE OF THE FOLLOWING PLEASE CONTACT FOR ADDITION POSTAGE COST: IV,KW,ZE,HS,KA,PH19-44,PA20-88, IN ADDITION TO THIS SOUTHERN IRELAND, EUROPE AND THE REST OF THE WORLD.

Collection

Any thing over 30kg is collection only, this will be stated on the individual item listing.

Policy

Whilst we endeavour to be as accurate as we can, it is possible that there may be faults with the parts that Staff at (dpmotorcycles) may not have detected on inspection. Please feel free to ask any questions you wish to ask prior to buying. Inspection is welcome and you are invited to examine any item prior to placing a bid on any item at any time subject to an appointment) if you feel this is necessary. If the auction is already running, please feel at liberty to place a bid. Don't worry, for those of you unaccustomed with internet bidding, supervision and assistance will be given if requested. Return policy

Returns within 7 days in its supplied condition and in the original packaging, we will exchange or refund but customer must cover p+p costs if they have made a mistake (always read the description). If we have made a mistake then we will cover the p+p costs. Refunds are at our discretion. 
Exception to the rule: we wont normally refund on electrical products due to the nature of them and the possibility of other elements of the bikes system causing problems to the parts we have supplied. We don’t send out any product what we have not seen working so we feel confidant everything we sell works as it was intended.
