You are Bidding on a KATO SD38-2 in Union Pacific Livery #2804. Catalogue Number is 37-6502.

These models are accurate to the roadname/engine number with regards to the fuel tank size, truck brake cylinders and dynamic/non-dynamic brake hatch. They also feature the precision detail and powerful five-pole motor with dual brass flywheels that KATO models are known for. Each SD38-2 equipped with KATO magnetic knuckle coupler, 8-pin DCC socket and golden-white LED headlight. These models are also "Sound Friendly," featuring the capacity for the optional installation by of a 1.1" (28mm) diameter speaker in the fuel tank for use with onboard sound unit (speaker and sound unit available from other manufacturers).

All the detailing parts are either fitted or in the box. The Box is in excellent condition.

This Loco is fitted with an NCE N14SRP Decoder and CV1 is set to #2804 all other CV's are Factory Default. The loco has been test run only to program the decoder and has only been out of the box to fit detailing parts.
