I accept payment via paypal, cheques, uncrossed postal orders.

Payments must be received within 4 days of auction end; else the item will be relisted a "non-paying bidder" dispute will be raised with E-bay, unless a prior arrangement has been made with the seller.

Please note that payment made by paypal echeque takes atleast 10 days to clear into seller account. Item/s will not be posted until any payment has cleared.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please pay via paypal only.

Item/s will be posted 1 to 2 days after the payment has cleared.

DOMESTIC items will be delivered by special delivery; this ensures cover for loss/damage and it is a guarantee from Royal Mail that delivery will be made the next business day after posting.

INTERNATIONAL items will be delivered by international signed for.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:

Refund is only available for item(s) that are "not as described".  Please contact the seller within 24 hours and return the dress within 3 working days in "the same condition" as sent; and in its original polybag packaging.

Unfortunately, due to limited stock we cannot accept returns/exchanges or refunds if an item does not fit.  Please ensure you order the correct size.

All items are carefully checked before posting to ensure costumer satisfaction and to prevent returns due to damage by costumer.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN OPENING YOUR ITEM(S)

Any refund given will be less sellers postage and packing costs and any ebay fees incurred. Return postage will also be at buyers cost and by a signed for delivery service.
