The only method of payment accepted from International buyers is PayPal.

PayPal payments must be made within 5 days following the close of auction and cheques/postal orders must be sent within 3 days. If you are waiting for other auctions to finish so that postage can be combined then I am happy to extend it to seven days. If for any reason you are unable to pay within the time limit please let me know - you will find I am quite reasonable.

Combined postage is available for items purchased within a 7-day period but must be paid for together.

The p&p price of each item also includes a small handling and materials fee. This will include mailing bag, packing slip, printer ink, document wallet, tissue paper and address label. There is also a small charge to cover the time taken to package up your parcel and to get it to Royal Mail. I keep these costs to a minimum and do not profit from p&p.

Once payment has cleared your item will be shipped within 24 hours by the method mentioned in p&p details.  I do not post items at weekends.

International Signed For is the only option for buyers outside the UK.  This ensures a safer more secure delivery.

International mail is dispatched twice weekly, on Mondays and Thursdays only, so please ensure your payments are made as close to those days as possible to avoid delay.

Items are quality checked before listing and again before dispatch so should reach you in perfect condition, unless a fault is mentioned in the description. However, on rare occasions, a fault might escape my notice. Should this happen, a full refund will be given including all p&p costs incurred by the buyer.

Everyone has different perceptions/expectations with regard to the quality of items and therefore a full refund will not be available based on a buyer being dissatisfied with the quality of their purchase.

Measurements are given in each description but please be aware that an item can be measured by various people with each one reaching a different measurement each time. Therefore please use my measurements as a guide and allow ½" either way as leeway. My decision is final and full refunds will not be given solely because a buyer insists they get a garment to a different measurement from mine as they are probably measuring it differently. If you are unsure or need to know more please email me before bidding/buying.

Full refunds will not be given if the colour of an item is not as expected. Please be aware that colour images vary on monitors depending on settings so for a full refund there would have to be a large difference - eg you ordered grey and received black.

I believe in good customer care and can understand that sometimes an item may not be quite what you expected or may not fit properly, so to take this into account a refund is available. Postage under these circumstances is non-refundable and returns will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% to cover eBay re-listing and final value fees.

Returns will only be accepted if the buyer notifies me within 3 days of receipt of item so that I can authorise the return. The item must then be returned within 14 days of receipt to the address on the packing slip. The slip must be included in the package with a brief explanation of requirement. Failure to do this will result in a delay of refund. The item must be returned in a clean, unworn condition and must be free of odours including perfume and smoke. Please obtain Proof of Posting.

I operate a VAT registered business and VAT at 15% is already included in the price of each item.
