For the first time on DVD a brand new series dedicated to the karate kata of Wado Ryu, Shito Ryu and Shotokan. Not only will this series show the kata and the variations, but effective, realistic applications (bunkai) are also demonstrated.

Featuring four top exponents of the styles (Derek Ridgway 6th Dan, Dave Wilkins 5th Dan, Lauren Frearson 4th Dan and Keenan Pedley 3rd Dan), this is a series that will be on any karate-kas wish list.

This third volume has the Bassai Dai and Sho Kata of Shotokan, the Bassai Kata of Wado Ryu and the Bassai Dai and Sho Kata of Shito Ryu.

All DVDs are multi-regional. Filmed on location at Blue Dragon Karate Club in Playa De Las Americas, Tenerife.
