Featuring four top exponents of the styles (Derek Ridgway 6th Dan, Dave Wilkins 5th Dan, Lauren Frearson 4th Dan and Keenan Pedley 3rd Dan), this is a series that will be on any karate-kas wish list.

This first volume has all the Heian kata of Shotokan and all the Pinan Kata of Wado Ryu and Shito Ryu.

All DVDs are multi-regional. Filmed on location at Blue Dragon Karate Club in Playa De Las Americas, Tenerife.
