Payment Methods

Paypal is my preferred method of payment, but payment via cheque or postal orders also accepted.

Postage/Packaging Rates

Shipping rates always quoted and shown in auction listing.

The shipping costs quoted include packing materials and not just postage only. The item(s) will be shipped next working day if payment made via Paypal.

Proof of posting always obtained, Where possible goods sent recorded delivery, with track and trace via the Royal Mail. In the event of a non delivered or damaged item, I will provide the buyer with proof of posting to help with a claim against the Royal Mail.

Ebay's new star system. Up to 5* can be awarded per transaction. These are awarded for the following: Item as Described, Communication, Dispatch Time & P&P charges.

I describe all my items honestly. Communication I send an email to the buyer on winning the auction, once payment is received and on dispatch. 99% of my goods are posted same or next day. Buyers can upgrade to First Class postage if they require any goods quickly. All my despatched goods are sent well wrapped and secure, postage charges include packaging materials.
