This is Jupiter-21M 200mm f/4 lens M42 (M42 version, for SLR cameras with M42 universal screwmount) with caps, hard case and manual.

Four-lens anastigmat. The coated lens. It is supplied by an iris diaphragm.
Intended for shooting of the remote objects, for shootings from the big distances, and also as a portrait objective.

This lens in good working and loking condition. Aperture and focusing controls are smooth and soft. The glass on lenses is clean, no fungus.

You can take not bad pictures with this lens and use it on DIGITAL cameras.

I have test it on the Canon 50D with adapter to M42.
