Payments - We accept Pay Pal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Payment should be received within 14 days. If payment is not received within 30 days, we will relist the item. If you need special arrangements, please don't hesitate to email us - we are more than happy to help.
Echecks - Items purchased with Pay Pal echecks will be shipped when the echeck clears into our Pay Pal account per their policy.

Combined Shipping United States / APO, FPO: For DVD, CD, Video Games, and VHS. Highest shipping in auctions prevails as first item. Please add $1.00 for each additional CD, DVD or video game via media mail. First class and priority mail shipments are more expensive.
If you are combining non-media items (clothing, household items, etc...), please email me for a quote. We are more than happy to hold items for seven days to allow you to add auctions or store items to your order.
Combined Shipping - International Customers: Please email me for a quote before bidding. The above combined shipping rates do not apply to international orders.
Insurance is optional. Please consider purchasing insurance as we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items once they leave our hands.
Delivery - Items are shipped usually within 24-48 hours (excluding holidays and weekends) U.S. orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. Delivery confirmation numbers are logged into Pay Pal as well as the listing. All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) unless special arrangements are made with us prior to the close of the auction. Shipping times may vary - please check the USPS website for updates on your shipment, or please feel free to email us for assistance. Delivery confirmation only guarantees a scan at the point of delivery, but many times they will scan the package enroute - but enroute scans are not guaranteed. If you have delivery confirmation number - your item has been shipped - even if the USPS website is not updated to show the shipment. The USPS website can take 24-48 hours to show / update shipments.
International Customers - International orders are shipped ONCE weekly. Our normal shipping day for international orders is Tuesday. Please keep this in mind when ordering. Please remember that USPS shipping times can vary and be longer than estimated arrival times. Please be assured that your item has been shipped and allow extra time as we cannot control the package once it has left our hands. We do keep all shipping receipts to verify that an item has shipped. Unless a buyer requests and pays for international insurance before shipment, we cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or delayed packages. Please see our feedback - we have many, many happy international customers and hope to have many more the future. But when bidding, please know that your package can unfortunately take weeks to arrive in some cases.
