If you wish to return an item, for any reason, you must inform us within seven working days of receiving the item.
If an item is defective or significantly not as described, we will give a full refund and also refund your postage costs for returning the item.
If an item is simply unwanted you must send the item back to us at your own expense, via a postal service that is recorded (i.e. the post is signed for) or trackable online. Provided the item is undamaged, unopened, in a fully resaleable condition, and with all original product packaging intact, we will refund the purchase price paid.
Our returns policy complies with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Your statutory rights are not affected. |
