PAYMENT

• Payment must be received in full before item is dispatched.
• Call 01274 875306 within business hours to pay with your Credit/Debit card. Minimum payment £5.00 or over.

SHIPPING

• Delivery Times: Once an item is dispatched we are not responsible for the delivery time.  Royal Mail 1^st Class usually takes 1-2 days. ParcelForce, used for larger items is a 48 hour service.
• Dispatch times: We aim to dispatch your item(s) on the next working day after payment. Our business hours are 9:00 - 5:00 Monday - Friday.  Orders placed outside these hours will be processed the next working day.  Any orders placed at the weekend will be posted the following Monday.
• Exceptions: If your delivery address is Non-UK, Eire, the Highlands and Islands of Scotland or off-shore UK (including Northern Ireland) please contact BEFORE buying/bidding. In most cases we can arrange for a custom advert to be placed with the correct postage for your address. Obviously, delivery times will vary depending on service used and distance to address.
• Postal Loss: Always wait a few days before contacting us. Parcels sometimes arrive late. It’s a fact.  It’s always worth checking at your local sorting office if your parcel still hasn’t turned up after a few days. In the rare event of a parcel going astray then we will pursue your case with the courier.  All parcels sent are insured up to a certain value. TERMS OF SALE

• Unless clearly stated otherwise, all our goods are brand new and have a full manufacturer guarantee.
• We abide by the UK distance selling law:
  
  1. Money back guarantee (including postage) if the item is not as described & advertised.
  2. Direct replacement (including postage) if the item arrives damaged.
  3. Money back guarantee (excluding postage) If you simply change your mind and contact us within 7 days of receipt.
  
  In all cases:
  
  4. Please contact us BEFORE you send any item back.
  5. AFTER contacting us, send the item back to us in its original condition.
  6. Any Refunds given will be credited when the item(s) is received back.
  7. Please note, some products can not be sold as new, once bought. This will void a refund in the case of 3.
