Any damage should be reported to Acomb Music within 24 hours either by email, or by calling 01904 781574.  I will cancel a used goods sale as a result of mutual consent and claim the final value fee from ebay. New items are covered by Distance Selling Regulations.  The item descriptions given are accurate and the photographs shown are of the actual product in my store, not a lifted image.
