Excess Audio accepts returns for any reason within 14 days in addition to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, which provides a ‘cooling off period’ allowing a consumer buying online from a business to cancel their order.

Notice of intention to cancel needs to be received by us in writing (by email/letter or fax) within 14 days of delivery.  

The item must be received back in the condition sent, with all packaging and manuals where applicable, and returned to us by a fully insured trackable method.  We are not responsible for items being lost and damaged when returned uninsured by the sender.

Unless the item is faulty/not as described you as the buyer are responsible for all return costs.
Postage costs for return and redelivery in relation to faulty items will be paid by Excess Audio.
