Hi this cot has been used "once" first standing beside our bed with mattress height in level with ours to be close and safe and later used in separate bedroom.
It is a good quality cot that has a two-handed dropside mechanism. The mattress has as mentioned 2 base positions.
The bed has some smaller  marks of paint from moving it around.
Can be flat packed for self assembly:

Mattress is also John Lewis good quality spring mattress that has been cowered all the time with one layer of "waterproof" and on top of that two layer of cotton towels + bedding.
