John Lewis Contemporary Chocolate Brown Rug, Top Condition

This rug is an unwanted Christmas present that I originally bought for my Mum from John Lewis. It's had very little wear and is in a great condition having been well cared for. It's also been cleaned. It has a very modern and contemporary style, and combines a mixture of two shades of brown - light and dark chocolate brown, which complement each other really well in a subtle way.
It's made of dense thinly woven polyester strands that are just over an inch long, and it has a smooth and almost silky texture. On a light background it really is quite striking. It's really too big for me to keep as I only have small rooms and a very narrow hallway, otherwise I would happily keep it.

Should prove a bargain for someone! Originally cost around £120 from John Lewis Oxford Street.
Measurements are approx.; 3' x 5' (91 x 152cm).

It no longer has it's original label, and there is a slight hole in the backing fabric smaller than the size of a penny, I think maybe where the label has been pulled off - it's not the moth! This hasn't affected the rug body itself, and the tassles are not lose etc.Thought it best to point it out though.

Postage is via Royal Mail parcels, the rug is fairly heavyweight, I don't have any large scales but would estimate 10kg.

Return policy

I will deal with any return requests quickly and honourably. All I ask is that you contact me first. Please quote your eBay item number.

Postage includes insurance up to the value of your purchase, covering loss or damage. For 'signed for' items, please inspect the packaging and contents carefully upon receipt and before signing for the item. If the packaging or item appears to be damaged in any way, this needs to be recorded onto the Royal Mail documentation when signing for the item. Any problems need to be reported to me immediately. The item and all original packaging and contents will need to be returned without delay, however I will cover the cost of returning them. I will report the problem to Royal Mail investigations, and will promptly refund you providing Royal Mail raise no objections. I will then pursue a refund from Royal Mail.

If you just don't like the item you are welcome to return it for a refund providing the item is unused and is received back in original resaleable condition, along with all original packaging and contents, within 14 days of receipt. You will need to cover the cost of similar return postage, and provide your own suitable packaging if you no longer have the original. Any days where the UK Royal Mail service is officially on strike, are not included in the 14 day period. 

If you need to return items, please contact me first to arrange. Refunds will be issued promptly upon receipt, and I do not charge any restocking fees. If the item is not in original or pristine condition, then I may refuse a refund, whereby the items would be returned to you at your expense. 

Regrettably items may not be exchanged. You are welcome to purchase replacement items as a new transaction.
